The bed was super comfortable and the staff were friendly and eager to help. the location of the hotel was great, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to get around. I also enjoyed the free breakfast that was provided each morning.
My Christmas stay was marred by a lot of noise from other guests and the surrounding neighborhood.

The hotel's location was great, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms were tastefully decorated and offered Netflix. I appreciated the effort to be environmentally-friendly with refillable water bottles and shower gel. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
The noise levels were high due to a school nearby, especially during the weekday mornings. The shower pressure and temperature were difficult to control in some rooms.

We loved staying at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and eager to help. The location was great, with easy access to restaurants, bars, and shopping. The room was clean and had locally-inspired decor. We also appreciated the eco-friendly refillable water bottles and toiletries. a fantastic stay.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to restaurants, bars, and shopping centers. A cafe adjacent to the hotel is a great place to grab breakfast. the rooms are tastefully decorated, and the beds and pillows are super comfortable. Refillable bottles of water are a welcome touch, as is the shampoo and shower gel in refillable containers.
The WiFi is spotty and wouldn't work in some areas of the hotel.
